About Chocolat

We purchased Chocolat when she was about 5 years old. Choco, as we call her, had already produced two blue ribbon winners (including a boy who won 6 color championships). Choco is a sweet and gentle girl, who is pretty laid back (like her daughter, Geneva). She enjoys hugs and snuggles, especially from the kids. She'll stand her ground, however and won't let other alpacas boss her around.

Choco has a very nice and fine fleece. We have some blended with bamboo and plan to blend some with black silk in the near future. Choco delivered a beautiful black boy in October 2009. We named him Jet. Jet is a sweetie who loves people and especially kids. He often follows kids around and lets them pet him. Sometimes he acts more like a dog than an alpaca (hmmm).
